This study explores the transformative impact of gastronomy tourism through a case study of Zornića Kuća in Serbia. Research was conducted in June 2024 by students of College of Hotel Management. By integrating traditional Serbian hospitality with authentic culinary experiences, Zornića Kuća exemplifies the preservation of cultural heritage and economic development within the local community. Results indicate that gastronomy tourism not only attracts global travelers seeking unique cultural encounters but also fosters economic growth by supporting local suppliers and creating employment opportunities. The study underscores the pivotal role of Zornića Kuća in promoting cultural preservation and driving economic sustainability. Implications suggest that embracing gastronomy tourism can enhance tourism strategies and showcase Serbia’s diverse culinary heritage to the guests, emphasizing the significance of culinary experiences in travel.
